Cicasilver Ointment

Cicasilver® Ointment is a medical device based on Hyaluronic Acid, Acacia Collagen, Vitamin E, and Micronized Silver. Hyaluronic Acid and Acacia Collagen, thanks to their moisturizing and film-forming properties, ensure proper humidification of the wound microenvironment and promote both the restoration and maintenance of optimal skin hydration characteristics, as well as the progression of physiological tissue repair processes. Vitamin E, with its antioxidant action, protects the skin from damage caused by free radicals and oxidative stress. Micronized Silver acts as a preservative for the formulation.

Cicasilver® Spray is presented as a powder in suspension. Thoroughly cleanse the area to be treated (it is advisable to use a saline solution). Shake the canister well before use, keeping it in an upright position. Press the actuator, spraying a sufficient amount of powder to cover the surface of the lesion.

Keep out of sight and reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow. Do not use the product if the packaging is not intact. Do not use the product after the expiration date. Do not exceed the recommended dose without medical advice. The use, especially if prolonged, of all topical products may lead to sensitization phenomena. Should this occur, discontinue treatment and consult a physician to establish appropriate therapy. If any side effects occur, inform your doctor or pharmacist. There are no known systemic interactions of the device or its metabolic products with other devices, medicines, or other substances, nor are there known contraindications, undesirable side effects, or risks related to overdose. It must not be used in case of hypersensitivity or confirmed allergy to any of the components or other related chemical substances. Do not use in case of non-superficial lesions involving the dermis. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children under 3 years of age, the product should be used only in case of actual necessity and under the direct supervision of a physician.
